1. What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide Ultra-Fast Delivery with a flat shipping fee of $5.99. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Standard transit time is 5–8 business days for all US states. We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
2. How long will it take to process my order?
All orders take 1–3 business days to pack, inspect and hand over to the shipping carrier. Weekends and US federal holidays are not counted in processing time.
3. Can I return or exchange food items after delivery?
Due to food safety regulations of Colorado, opened, partially eaten, spoiled or improperly stored food cannot be returned or refunded. Only unopened, intact sealed products can apply for return within 30 days after delivery. You must contact us at bandemerPedez76@hotmail.com to get an official RMA number before sending back items.
4. What if my package arrives damaged or spoiled?
Please email us at bandemerPedez76@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, attach your order number and clear photos of damaged packaging and food. We will offer free replacement or full item refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Do your products contain common food allergens?
All goods are produced in a home kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs and seafood. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe food allergies should purchase with caution.
6. When will I receive my refund after returning goods?
After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will approve your refund within 5 business days. Funds will return to your original payment method, and banks may take an extra 3–7 business days to complete the transfer.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your order email automatically. You can click the link in the email to check real-time delivery status.
