These terms govern all website access, account registration and purchases on the Daaway food store. By placing any order, you fully agree to all clauses below.

Governing Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with legal proceedings held in Colorado county courts.
  1. Purchase Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to purchase food products on our website. Minors under 18 may only shop with supervision from parents or legal guardians.
  2. Account & Order Responsibilities
  • You agree to submit accurate shipping, billing and contact information for all orders.
  • You take full responsibility for all orders placed under your account. Immediately email bandemerPedez76@hotmail.com if your account is hacked or misused.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with fake addresses, invalid payments, fraudulent behavior or excessive chargeback records.
  1. Product & Pricing Disclaimer

    All food photos, product descriptions and nutrition data are for reference only. Actual product packaging may be adjusted without prior notice.

    We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a product is listed with an incorrect price, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm or cancel your order with no liability for compensation.
  2. Intellectual Property Protection

    All Daaway logos, brand text, website images, product copy and designs are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. No copying, reproduction or commercial use is permitted without our written approval.
  3. Prohibited Behaviors

    You are forbidden to use our store for the following activities:
  • Reselling Daaway food products (per Colorado Cottage Food Law, our goods are labeled not for resale)
  • Fraudulent payments, false refund requests and abuse of chargeback functions
  • Uploading viruses, spam messages or harassing other customers and our support staff
  • Violating U.S. FDA food safety regulations and Colorado cottage food rules
  1. Limitation of Liability

    Daaway shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from food consumption, shipping delays or third-party carrier errors. Our maximum compensation limit for any single order equals the full amount you paid for that order.
  2. Terms Modification

    We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revised versions will be posted on this policy page. Your continued access to the website represents your acceptance of updated terms.
  3. Severability Clause

    If any clause of these Terms is ruled invalid by a Colorado court, all remaining clauses remain fully enforceable.
