We ship to all 50 U.S. states and fully comply with Colorado retail delivery fee regulations.

Order Processing PeriodAll orders require 1โ3 business days for food packaging, quality inspection and carrier handover. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded from processing time.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Time
- Standard Shipping: 4โ7 business days (USPS / UPS delivery)
- Expedited Shipping: 2โ3 business days (extra shipping fee applies at checkout)
- Overnight Express Shipping: Only available for Colorado local addresses, 1 business day delivery.
- Shipping Fee Rules
- Free standard shipping for all orders over $50 USD.
- Flat-rate shipping fees apply to orders under $50, calculated based on product weight and delivery address, fully visible at checkout.
- A mandatory $0.27 retail delivery fee will be charged for every taxable order shipped to Colorado addresses, as required by Colorado Bill SB23-143. This fee will be listed separately on your checkout page.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military delivery addresses are not supported for food shipments.

Order TrackingA tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your package leaves our warehouse. You may check delivery status via the tracking link at any time.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

We are not obligated to issue full refunds for delivery delays caused by extreme weather, carrier backlogs or holiday order surges.

If the carrier marks your package as "delivered" but the parcel is lost or stolen, contact us within 7 days at bandemerPedez76@hotmail.com. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim and issue store credit after the claim is confirmed.

Per Colorado Uniform Commercial Code ยง 4-2-509, all risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier signs off for delivery.

Food Shipping Safety InstructionsAll perishable food is packed with insulated boxes and ice packs. We strongly recommend refrigerating chilled items immediately after receiving the package. Daaway is not responsible for food spoilage resulting from delayed customer pickup.
