  1. Return Request Timeframe

    Customers can submit return or exchange requests within 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation of your Daaway order. All requests must be sent to bandemerPedez76@hotmail.com before the deadline. Late requests will not be accepted.
  2. Non-Returnable Food Items (Colorado Food Safety Rules)

    Per Colorado food safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once shipped:
  • All opened, partially eaten or consumed snacks and food goods
  • Perishable items, refrigerated food, baked goods and liquid drinks
  • Clearance goods, flash sale products and limited-edition food bundles
  • Gift cards and customized food gift boxes
  • Food spoiled or damaged due to improper storage by customers after delivery
  1. Eligible Return Requirements

    Only unopened, intact products with original sealed packaging qualify for return. Returned items must be undamaged and unspoiled.
  • All returns need an approved RMA number in advance. Packages shipped without an RMA number will be rejected and discarded.
  • Customers cover all return shipping fees unless the product is damaged, spoiled or incorrectly shipped due to our error.
  1. Solutions for Damaged, Spoiled or Wrong Items

    If your delivered package is broken, contaminated or contains incorrect products:
  2. Contact us within 48 hours after delivery via bandemerPedez76@hotmail.com, and provide your order number plus photos of damaged goods and packaging.
  3. You can choose one of two solutions: free replacement shipment or full refund of item cost.
  4. We will take full responsibility for all shipping fees for replacement orders caused by our mistakes.
  5. Refund Processing Timeline
  6. After we receive and inspect returned items, a refund approval email will be sent within 5 business days.
  7. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Banks require an additional 3–7 business days to complete fund transfer.
  8. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except for defective or mis-shipped orders.
  9. Restocking Fee

    A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for voluntary customer returns. This fee is waived for damaged, spoiled or wrong-item orders.
  10. Colorado Consumer Protection Rights

    This policy complies with Colorado Revised Statutes consumer protection laws. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.
